We follow a four step process: ① You upload your clear photos through the website or WhatsApp; ② Our artists will create a 3D model based on your photos and send it to you for confirmation. At the same time, we provide no less than 3 free opportunities for model modification until you are satisfied with the modifications; ③ We use high-quality resin for 3D printing of statues; ④ Some of the works are made of full-color resin, hand drawn and precision processed. If we need more angles for your photos, we may contact you. Therefore, don't forget to leave your contact information.

Yes, this is a real 3D printed statue made of professional grade resin material. It is not a mass-produced toy. Each item is individually customized based on your photos.

You only need to upload 1-3 clear task photos and your requirement notes through our website, and leave your contact information (preferably WhatsApp, Messenger, Google Mail). We will use these photos to create a 3D model for you, forming a three-dimensional 3D model. We will send you the carved electronic version of the 3D model for confirmation. Once it meets your satisfaction, we will start printing, hand drawing and other steps of production, and finally deliver it to you in good condition.

Yes. You can request specific postures, clothing, or styles, such as standing/sitting posture in a suit/skirt. If not specified, our artists will reproduce your figurine as much as possible based on the photo.

Yes, during the 3D modeling stage before printing, we usually allow 1-3 free modification requests. After reaching your satisfaction, the printing production will begin, and once production begins, the changes will be restricted.

Orders can be cancelled before printing and production begins. This is a customized product, and once the 3D modeling or printing process begins, it may not be possible to cancel due to the customized nature of the product. Therefore, unless damaged or defective, refunds are not possible.
