Welcome to FigureMe. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of custom-made figurines from FigureMe.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.
1. Our Custom Products
FigureMe creates personalized 3D figurines based on photographs and customization information provided by the customer.
Each figurine is individually designed and produced. Because the product is custom-made, the final figurine may have minor differences in color, texture, facial details, proportions, or finishing compared with the original photograph.
These differences are a normal part of the custom 3D modeling and production process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
2. How the Customization Process Works
After you place an order, you provide 1–3 clear photographs and any relevant customization instructions.
We create a custom 3D model based on the information provided. Before production, we will provide a model preview for your review and approval.
FigureMe includes up to 3 rounds of free revisions based on the original order requirements. Requests that substantially change the original design or add new customization requirements may require an additional charge.
3. Customer Photos and Information
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right or permission to provide the photographs you upload to FigureMe.
You should not upload photographs or other content that you do not have permission to use, or that unlawfully infringes another person’s rights.
We use your photographs and customization information primarily to create and fulfill your order. Our handling of personal information and customer photographs is also described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Model Approval and Production
You are responsible for carefully reviewing the 3D model preview before approving production.
Once you approve the model, we may begin 3D printing, finishing, packaging, and shipping. Changes requested after production has started may not be possible and may result in additional costs.
If we identify an obvious production error before shipping, we may correct or remake the item when reasonably appropriate.
5. Materials and Finishing
Our figurines are produced using premium resin and may include hand-painted details depending on the product or finishing option selected.
Because each piece is individually produced and finished, minor variations in color, surface texture, paint application, and other details may occur.
These normal variations are part of the handmade and customized nature of the product.
6. Prices and Payment
Product prices are displayed on our website or provided to you before an order is confirmed.
For custom orders requiring an individual quotation, the final price may depend on factors such as size, number of people or pets, design complexity, and finishing requirements.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available by FigureMe before production begins.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Because FigureMe products are individually customized and made specifically for each customer, cancellation may not be possible once 3D modeling, production, or other customized work has begun.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the status of your order and determine whether cancellation or a partial refund is possible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If your figurine arrives damaged, is materially defective, or is substantially different from the approved order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs or other relevant information.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Minor variations resulting from the custom modeling, resin printing, or hand-finishing process are not necessarily considered defects.
9. Shipping and Delivery
FigureMe offers worldwide shipping with tracking where available. Shipping estimates and production times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs procedures, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact information.
Import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
10. Intellectual Property
The FigureMe website, including its branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to FigureMe and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.
You retain the rights you already have in photographs and other content that you provide to us.
By submitting your materials, you grant FigureMe the limited permission necessary to use them for creating, producing, and fulfilling your custom order.
11. Use of Customer Works for Marketing
FigureMe does not automatically receive permission to publicly display your photographs or finished figurine for advertising or promotional purposes simply because you placed an order.
We may ask for your separate permission before featuring your finished figurine, photograph, review, or other customer content on our website, social media, advertisements, or other promotional materials.
You may decline such permission without affecting your ability to purchase our products.
12. Website and Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website, product information, pricing, and ordering system accurate and available.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors, interruptions, or technical problems.
We may update product information, prices, designs, or services from time to time. Any changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed unless otherwise required by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FigureMe will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including significant shipping delays, customs delays, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including applicable consumer rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the order is accepted, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
